Sinfonia Gulf Coast and Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood teamed up to present a delicious musical treat to kick off the symphony’s 9th season. Guests enjoyed an exquisite four-course meal prepared by Chef Dan Vargo, while award-winning singer and actor Cheyenne Jackson charmed the intimate crowd with songs from the “Mad Men” era and the Great American Songbook.
