13th Annual Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo

June 5-7

This weekend event at the Flora-Bama Ole River Grill is a low-stakes fishing tournament for all ages and skill levels. While participants can enter a variety of competitions, the focus is on fun and community camaraderie with music, food, activities, and drinks for everyone of all ages. Bunny Adoption Event

Bunnychick Haven of Navarre, a nonprofit animal rescue sanctuary, will host an adoption event for their adorable and personable rescued bunnies. This event will take place at Pet Supplies Plus in Destin, where you can interact with rabbits in need of homes and learn about caring for them.

NWFL Pride Fest Block Party

Panama City

June 6

Head to downtown Panama City for the third annual NWFL Pride Fest Block Party, hosted by the Gulf Coast LGBTQ+ Center. Kick off the beginning of Pride Month with a block party for all ages and walks of life. The event features arts and crafts vendors, live music, a scavenger hunt, and more. This lively, community-focused celebration will run from 3-9 p.m.

Sports Cards and Collectible Show

This collectible show invites all types of enthusiasts to gather for a family-friendly meetup centered on nostalgic memorabilia. Guests will find booths for sports cards, Pokémon cards, comic books, vintage toys, action figures, and anything else you might’ve yearned for as a kid. Admission is only $2, and the event will take place

PensaPride Festival

June 13

Pensapride returns to uplift LGBTQ+ voices with their annual Festival at Pensacola Interstate Fair Expo Hall. The festival showcases a variety of vendors and performances. At this gathering of diverse talents, you’re sure to encounter a welcoming community. Admission is $8 for a full day.

and Mineral Show

Fort Walton Beach

Geological enthusiasts will be happy to know that the Gem and Mineral Show is returning to Fort Walton Beach for a jam-packed weekend of stones. Not only will visitors find booths selling jewelry, gemstones, fossils, and more, but professional identification will also be available for specimens you may bring with you. Vendors and professionals will showcase nature’s treasures in all their glittering glory. This event will be held at the Northwest Florida Fairgrounds, and tickets will be $5 per adult.

Groove Fest 2026

2026 Firecracker 5k

The Firecracker 5k is a patriotic race for charity that welcomes all ages and running skill levels. All day on the Fourth of July, you can run, walk, and have fun with your friends in this low-stakes racing loop around Seville Quarter. Children can also participate in their own division. This race benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida.

This Fourth of July, prepare for a full day of celebration at South Walton Beach. This well-loved tradition of both locals and visitors is ready to blow your socks off with summer fun. In the crook of Boggy Bayou, Niceville is preparing the fireworks show of a lifetime to celebrate the United States’ 250th birthday. Fireworks will be launched from a platform on the water, so you’ll get a great view of the magic. Some of the best viewing locations are at the periphery of Lion’s Park or Kiwanis Park.

A Family Gallery Night

Gallery Night Pensacola, presented by Publix, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring the arts and engaging the community of the Emerald Coast. Each month, the organization hosts themed events that highlight artists, musicians, and more. The July gathering in downtown Pensacola will explore the theme of “Future Makers.” The event is free and open to the public, and donations are encouraged.
