The 30A community celebrated the April 12 groundbreaking of Grace Point, a new development in WaterSound.
This new gated residential enclave off Scenic 30A in South Walton will shine against the glittering waters of Watersound Beach. It will feature 28 single-family home sites, with 13 already sold in Phase 2 of the project.
Grace Point’s architectural styles have a classic colonial Americana look reminiscent of Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, including stunning interior finishes.

Located in an all-amenities beach club, the new development has plenty to offer — including private beach access, complimentary stand-up paddle board and kayak rentals, two 7,000 square-foot zero-entry pools, a 14,000 square-foot pool deck with towel service and much more.
The groundbreaking celebrated the inception of Grace Point with a ceremony, food, refreshments, live music and giveaways. This celebration not only marked the beginning of this gorgeous new development but also claimed the final parcel available on the south side of 30A.
