The Dettle family thanks the community by hosting its largest sale ever
Get ready to bid adieu with a smile as Today’s Boutique, your favorite fashion hotspot for the past 43 years, announces its retirement with a heart full of thanks and love for the community. Owners Kim and Jim Dettle and their daughter Kristin Dettle Humphrey are gearing up for a farewell filled with style, laughter and lots of memories.
“This bittersweet decision comes with a huge mix of emotions. As we embark on this new chapter of our lives, our primary focus will be to spend more time with our loved ones and move on to new adventures. We feel that now is the right time to prioritize and enjoy these special moments,” said the Dettle family.
Since 1981, Today’s Boutique has been more than just a store—it’s been a place where fashion meets friendship and community. From launching initiatives like Destin Community Cares, fashion shows, Best in Destin events, monthly trunk shows and more, the Dettles have put their hearts into the fabric of Destin’s culture. Many of their customers have been shopping with Today’s for their entire time in business and have become like family. The Dettles have always been passionate about helping women look and feel their best.
To express their heartfelt appreciation and bid farewell in style, Today’s Boutique will host its largest sale in 43 years, starting Friday, May 10, 2024. This sale will feature unbeatable deals on everything in the store, including clothing, accessories, jewelry, fixtures and furniture. The sale will continue until June 22 or until everything is sold. The community is invited to join in this celebration and seize the opportunity to shop for their favorite brands one last time.
“It is hard to say goodbye to a business that has been part of our family for over four decades. We are filled with gratitude for the incredible support and loyalty that our friends, customers and the Destin area as a whole have shown us throughout our many years in fashion,” said the Dettles.
