The mother figure in your life deserves to be celebrated and taken out on the town — whether that’s a brunch, spa service or an event, the options are abundant along the Emerald Coast.

ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival

Take mom to one of the coast’s most beloved arts and culture events — ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival, taking place on Saturday, May 13, from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday, May 14, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. The event is presented by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County and will take place at Grand Boulevard Town Center where hundreds of artists will have their art on display to peruse and purchase.

Select a piece of art for mom in the categories of ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, oils, acrylics, original digital art, photography, sculpture, wood and also works on paper — watercolors, printmaking, pastels, pencil and ink. Then, stick around for the juried art show.

The event will also include art demonstrations, live music, kids activities and food and beverage vendors. Plus, the shops at Grand Boulevard will be open for business.
