Blueprint Health Studio is Destin’s very first customized Personal Training and Fitness facility.
Owner, Matt Staver, was named Best in Destin and Best on the Emerald Coast for Personal Training for the past several years. The motivation behind Blueprint Health Studio comes from owner Matt Staver’s belief that a personal approach to health and fitness is most beneficial. We look at the entire person’s make-up in order to best guide you on your fitness journey. With over a decade of fitness training experience he says, “I have seen firsthand the discomfort people have with traditional gyms, whether it is due to weight, insecurity or lack of knowledge. My goal with Blueprint Health Studio is to offer a one-on-one approach to fitness.” He adds, “I love what I do. I love to make a difference in the client’s life, no matter how big or small.”
Here at Blueprint we pride ourselves on being a family of team members who are proud of our work in helping people reach their life long health and physical goals. The one-on-one personal training programs that we provide are tailored to fit each client’s individual needs as a person. You have your own physical “Blueprint” that we take into account, looking at the person as a whole, in order to provide the highest quality of safe and effective training methods. SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Whether you’re the parent of, or you are a middle school, high school or private club athlete looking for that slight edge over your competition, or just looking to take your game to the next level, we have the tools to get you there. I myself am a former college athlete and understand the need for extra work and honing your skills. It’s easy to get lost in the mix when you’re on a big team and attention to each individual is limited. Here at Blueprint we focus on the needs of each individual athlete whether its speed, agility, strength, balance, flexibility or a combination. We will identify what needs attention and draft a program to get the most out of your body’s potential.
GOAL TRACKING AND MEAL PLANNING
Meal planning and goal tracking are a high priority at Blueprint Health Studio. Monthly check-in is done in a private setting to ensure we’re on the right path to success for the individual client. We track not only weight lost or gained (depending on what your goals are) but, we also measure inches lost and muscle gained. Body fat analysis and composition are also tracked. This helps us tailor your work-outs and meal plans to ensure we are providing the best service to you, the client. Constant change and customization are utilized to guarantee the best results. Meal plans are based on you, the individual. That means, if you have food allergies or sensitivity’s we will create a plan that best fits you while still yielding the highest results.
FAMILY FITNESS TRAINING
We understand that when you have a family time becomes a precious commodity and, whether from a busy work schedule or other obligations, family time seems to get cut short and time to stay healthy seems to get cut out entirely. I myself have a wife and two beautiful little girls and as they get older I want health and wellness to play a huge role in their lives. I’ve put together my Family Training Program for those of you who have children starting at age 7 and up, who would like to use this as an opportunity to not only show your children the importance of building a healthy lifestyle while focusing on the goals that you have set for yourself, but also as a way to spend time together while doing so. Fun and age appropriate exercises are done with the children while the rest of the family gets a great workout in!
PRE-POST PARTUM FITNESS TRAINING
Pregnancy can be a very daunting and insecure time for many women. While some women feel it’s one of the most beautiful times in their lives, it can many times feel quite the opposite for some. Light work outs during pregnancy can not only help you stay toned and fit during your pregnancy to make it easier to bounce back, but it also can help you during your delivery by increasing your core strength and overall endurance to help you for your big day! Post-partum is just the same. Most women’s bodies don’t bounce back as quickly as they’d hoped for and needing help isn’t a bad thing. At Blueprint we have experience in working with post-partum clients to feel and look better as soon as you’re cleared for workouts, giving you more energy to spend time with your newborn and confidence!
